The property is composed of a spacious living room with two sofas, one of which can be turned into a sofa bed, a TV corner (with Sky TV Package), a bookcase and a 8-seater dining table; moreover, the living room opens out onto the balcony which has stunning views of Porta Venezia. Next to the day area is the kitchen, which comes complete with microwave and dishwasher.
The night area comprises a first bedroom with a double bed a 9-door closet and a shoe rack, and a second bedroom featuring a double bed, too, two huge wardrobes with 2 doors and a TV corner. The apartment also includes a bathroom with shower.
The original parquet flooring has been preserved in the living room and in one of the bedrooms; in the other rooms there are stone-effect ‘gres’ tiles instead.
The building is provided with elevator only from the 1st floor upwards.

There is a security deposit due upon arrival. The amount of the Security Deposit depends on the duration of the stay:

The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client in full within 5 days of the termination of the contract

The electricity and gas meters will be read upon check in and check out for these purposes. Should the monthly bill exceed this limit, the extra cost will be retained from the Security Deposit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company may replace the Property with another of identical or superior quality, should the Company be unable to guarantee the Client use of the Property due to events of force majeure or for any contingencies beyond the Company's control. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.

The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
